Bharath Prabhakaran
Bharath Prabhakaran
Bharath Prabhakaran serves as the Vice President and Chief Digital Officer at the University of Cincinnati (UC), reporting to the President. He is responsible for driving the digital transformation at UC (including AI and data) and the drive towards excellence in IT operations.
Prior to UC, Bharath served as Deputy Chief Information Officer and the Associate Vice Chancellor for Enterprise Applications for the University of North Texas System (UNT), where he established the vision, strategic leadership, and direction for all enterprise applications across the UNT System.
Bharath has over 28 years of experience in information technology in driving transformations. He has worked at startups and large companies in the private sector including almost 18+ years at Oracle where he led product teams in middleware and cloud applications and drove digital transformation. He also has significant experience working in non-profits and serving on boards (including the Ohio Department of Higher Education, Ohio Technology Consortium, CDO Magazine and several others). He has also won industry awards and recognition including the ORBIE 2025 CIO of the year in the Enterprise category, Infotech CIO award, and others.
Bharath has a MS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and a Bachelors in Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India.

With more than 28 years of SAP experience, Hanif is recognized as one of the most authoritative and experienced SAP experts in the nation. As a Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Sector Integrator, and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), he has managed audits for many organizations in a wide range of industries. Hanif has worked as an SAP Certified Instructor and taught dozens of classes for SAP America including the Public Sector classes, ASAP implementation approach, Manufacturing classes, Sales & Distribution Academy, and the Finance Academy.
Hanif is a leading proponent and practitioner of SAP Best Practices. Charged with developing and casting the vision for the growth of our business, Hanif maintains a hands-on approach to Phoenix projects. Skilled in identifying nuances that often make the difference between success and failure in SAP projects, Hanif has extensive experience performing system reviews on the quality of software implementations. He also has experience working in a number of different industries, including Public Sector, Manufacturing, Service Industry, Oil & Gas, Banking, and Pharmaceuticals.
